Please use the contact form below to let us know which hire option you are interested in, as well as the dates that you would like to book.

We will send you an email confirming availability, the total hire price and details of how to pay. To confirm your reservation you will need to pay a deposit of 25% of the complete hire charge, with the balance payment, a security deposit of £100 per tent becoming payable no later than 5 weeks before your event.

If there is no damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your hire date.

You will be agreeing to our hire terms and conditions when you pay your deposit.
